Pricing, Fees & Deposits

Our community utilizes Xcel for for gas, and the City of Fort Collins for electric . We use Sage Disposal for trash. Residents are responsible for setting up utilities with these companies prior to move-in.
The following Cable/Internet providers are available at our community: We offer Xfinity, Verizon Wireless, and Century Link. For more information, please contact the leasing office.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and will be considered late if not received by the 9th. Payments can be made online through the resident portal or by submitting a personal check to the office by the 8th. Cashier’s checks are accepted beginning on the 1st and for any payments made after the 1st. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the leasing office.

Apartment Features

The parking options at our community include we offer free standard parking with a pass and visitor parking is over night or per hour after business hours. Roommates & Occupancy

All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. The maximum number of occupants per apartment is 1-bedroom allows up to 3 occupants, 2-bedroom allows up to 5 occupants, and 3-bedroom allows up to 7 occupants. Within our leasing portal, you will find more information about leasing an apartment with roommates. If you have additional information, please contact our leasing office team members.
Our guest policy is guests are allowed in the home for 13 consecutive days, the 14th day they will need to be added to the lease. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.
